CASA URBANO - 42 Apartments
Henry started buying in London in 1989, then founded International Property Group in 2005 when he went on to large-scale property trading by buying and selling large blocks of apartments. An example of this was his purchase of Casa Urbano next to Asda in Hulme, Manchester. He secured this site, then re-sold these 42 apartments to investors. He bought and sold hundreds of apartments during the last property boom and was very active in the Manchester market.
Maribel Square 22 Apartments
Maribel Square in Prescot was a development of 18 apartments and a complex project with major structural issues and is an example of the many projects Henry has completed. Henry has experience in complex planning challenges and has worked closely with a structural engineer in order to overcome the many issues of refurbishing a very old building.

HMO & STUDIOS
The images below show the progress of a recent development. This property was stripped back to brick and rebuilt to provide a large HMO and separate studio apartments.
Redevelopment of city centre 9 bed hmo
Situated beside the popular Cains Brewery attraction, this property benefited from a full refurbishment. Each of the 6 bedrooms feature an en-suite and there is a large communal area plus kitchen.
Luxury Student HMO Refrubishment
This terraced property was fully renovated and refurbished to a student HMO standard.
DICK JENNINGS PUB
The property was originally a famous pub called the Dick Jennings. The site was not for sale or on the market in any way, but Henry identified it as a potential development opportunity, so he approached the landowner directly and entered into negotiations.
The site didn’t have planning permission at the time and because Liverpool Council are cautious regarding HMO development, Henry agreed a purchase price on a subject-to-planning basis using an option agreement. This means he would only complete on the purchase if it achieved planning permission.
After navigating the planning system, and having the local Councillor object, the application was then referred to a planning committee and Henry achieved planning permission for a 16 Bed HMO which will have an annual gross rental roll of 16 x £125 per week, giving a total rent roll of £104,000 per year.
LUXURY RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION
Barndale was a buy, refurb and flip project. The property benefited from a full renovation and was sold on for a profit shortly after completion.
Full Block Site Prescot Road
Purchased the site, then secured a change of use and planning permission for a scheme of apartments. Henry later sold the site to a developer with the benefit of planning.
Former Nursing Home
This site was a former nursing home for which Henry secured planning permission for 14 apartments. He then sold this site on to another developer with the benefit of planning.
Apartment Conversion
This build was converted into 5 self-contained apartments, consisting of Studio and 1 & 2 Bed Units.
H Building Liverpool City Centre
H Building was a redevelopment of a former Women's Hospital and was developed into luxury two bed apartments.
H Luxury Apartments
H Luxury is a development Henry completed as a joint venture in a regeneration area. The apartments were sold off plan to investors.
House Renovation in Manchester
This former workhouse benefited from a full back to brick renovation.

This development was a block of Studio, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments in Hulme, Manchester.
Wavertree Nook Road, Liverpool
This development consisted of 1 & Bed Apartments with fully landscaped gardens in the heart of Wavertree Garden Suburb.
